Why is AmbiTrain pricing significantly less than others?
Simply put, because it can be. AmbiTrain develops long term realtionships with our vendors, suppliers, students and customers. In addition, we keep our administration staff small and we do not employ a sales staff. Instead, our primary focus is on our customer service provided by qualified and professional trainers. It is because of this that AmbiTrain does not incur additional expense. We have designed our locations to ensure conducive learing, a comfortable atmosphere and a relaxed environment. All locations are single occupancy, equipped with a comfortable room and high speed internet access.

What is included in the package?
Our pricing includes Accommodations, All Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner), 24 Hour Access to our classrooms and labs, Pre-Study Materials, Courseware, All Exams, Certified Instructor Led Training, Certification Guranantee. There are no surprises when you arrive. We design our packages to cover everything so you can concentrate on the course instead of worrying about details.

Is VAT included?
VAT charges are not included in the advertised cost of our programmes. This makes it easier for those exempt to see what the course costs. If you have questions regarding this, please call 0800 622 6514 and we will be happy to help.

Why is your class schedule shorter than most other schools?Everyone's courseware and training is unique. We have designed our program so that you are properly trained to learn a skill to bring into the real world and obtain your certification. Our courses run from 8AM to 5PM each day, with most days ending before 5PM. There are no 12 or 14 hour a day classes here! We prefer shorter class days and smaller class sizes to ensure the motivation of our students and retention of the materials being presented to you.

Where and when are the exams taken?
Are they included in the course?
YES. All exams are taken on-site during the course. All exam fees are included in your package.

What is your passing/certification rate?
AmbiTrain is proud to hold a 98% passing and certification rate. We have maintained this over several years in all of our programs including Windows NT 4, Windows 2000 and now Windows Server 2003. This is due to the small class size (10 students maximum per class), personalized instructor led training, 24 hour access to our classrooms and labs and 8 hour class days. Additionally, the instructor stays at the same hotel or lives locally to the programme should the student should there be a need for one-on-one training.

What if I do not pass an exam?
We purchase two additional exams per student. In the event that a student has to retake an exam, one of our instructors will work one on one with him to asses what subjects will need to be addressed. The additional exams are rarely needed.

I have heard the term paper MCSE.
Is this what your programme offers?
Absolutely NOT! Our courses are designed to TEACH the concepts associated with the exam modules. We offer the exams at the end of every module as they are a good indicator of what has been learned. With the launch of Windows Server 2003 and with the adaptation of simulation technology into the exams, Microsoft made the necessary exam changes that have virtually eliminated the "paper MCSE". Through simulators, Microsoft exam candidates have to prove their hands-on knowledge. Not only do our students pass with high scores, but leave certified. We do not supply answers to test questions, but make sure that our students are armed with the proper knowledge so that they are able to solve real world problems on the exam and in the real world. They pass our course feeling confident they got there based on their own merits.

If in the event that you do not obtain your certification by the end of the course, you are welcome to audit a future class at anytime to assist with your certification completion**
